JLI Merchandise (a division of JLI Transportation Inc.) offers full service merchandise production for companies such as Luxnglow. As a small business Luxnglow collaborates with JLI Transportation to help manufacture and ship their products to customers across Canada.
You will notice products come directly from the JLI Transportation Inc. warehouse and all banking statements being made out to JLI Transportation Inc.
We offer a wide variety of items, including soaps, candles, lotions, and other bath products, all made in small batches with high quality, all natural ingredients.
To place an order, simply browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping and payment information.
We accept all major credit cards.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via standard or expedited shipping. Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location within Canada.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
You can contact customer service by filling out a form on our contact page. Please allow 1-2 business days for a representative to respond. Our customer service hours are 9am to 5pm EST.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
Although it is not available at checkout, you can reach out to our customer service team to arrange international shipping.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return of the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
